Implement Fundraiser Group Level with each group row representing one Fundraiser (identified by fundraising_display_name). Columns are: Fundraiser Name; Organization; Site; Total Contribution

Fundraiser Group Level expands to Fundraiser Event Group Level, showing one group row per Fundraiser Event in that Fundraiser (identified by fundraising_event_name). Columns are: Fundraiser Event Name; Start Date; End Date; Priority; Event Status; Contribution

Data is sourced from fundraising_info_fundraising_events on Order object. Only orders with fundraising_info present are included

Add new Fundraiser Event section to Order Explorer Detail View

Fundraiser Event section features header row labeled Fundraiser with a table displaying columns Fundraiser Event (event name) and Contribution (contribution amount generated for order per Fundraiser Event)

Add new Fundraiser Events section to the following reports: Sales Detail; Drawer Audit; Employee Audit; Weekly Sales

Fundraiser Events section displays one row per fundraising event that generated contributions during reporting period, plus a Totals row

Add new fundraiser_events section to Reporting Module, sectionIds array, Calculated Statistics API

Module calculates contribution totals per fundraising event from order list and sends result to POS so POS can build Fundraiser Events section

Each item in fundraiser_events section contains the following fields: id; name; amount; quantity; isTotal
