Back Office grants control of inventory, sales, and labor information through a browser based interface accessible from anywhere, including mobile devices.

Designed for the remote management and assessment of restaurant data, Back Office provides users with a reporting suite that displays hundreds of data points that can help users improve the efficiency of a single site or an entire franchise. These reports can help diagnose the root causes of large variances in actual and ideal food usage, excessive waste, high food-cost percentages, lapses between actual and target yields, and more.

Payroll Export	Added Vista by Viewpoint CSV file format to Payroll Export. This change only applies to Smart View Reports.
Custom Reports	Added the ability to sort data in Custom Reports when Totals are hidden.
Employee Schedule	Added Visual Scheduler - View Options Default Color option to the Employee Schedule page.
Employee Scheduling Grid	Added support for multiple Availabilities in the Employee Scheduling Grid.
Preferred Work Hours	Preferred Work Hours is now a separate page and apply new availability & editing logic.
Bug Fixes	Resolved minor issues for better stability. These fixes only apply to the Team Portal App.

Smart View Reports	Re-enabled column sorting in Smart View Custom Reports. Sorting now correctly handles numeric, currency, and percentage columns, including negative values in % of Actual column. Filter dropdown lists for formatted columns now display in numeric order and non-total rows are indented for clearer distinction from subtotal/total lines.
Sales and Labor Report	Added Sales and Labor report to Smart View Report Manager. The report combines sales and labor data across multiple stores and dates, with grouping by Store and Business Date. It includes full charting support (top-of-grid and pop-up), a sidebar with column/filter controls, pivot mode, and data refresh capability.
Team Portal	Added Time Off - Future Days Limit option under the Team Portal settings in RTI that controls how far in advance employees can submit time off requests. Previously this was to a maximum of 60 days; it can now be configured from 1 to 999 days. The default is 60 for both new and existing companies.
Smart View Report Translations	Smart View Stock report names (Titles only) in Report Manager and Report Designer are now translated for the Spanish language setting.
Team Portal Schedules	Scheduled breaks are now displayed on the Team Portal Schedules page.
Employee Schedules	Added Availability option to Color menu on the Employee Schedules page which highlights timeframes, where an employee is not available, with a gray background.
