Par Level Sheet

Use the Par Level Sheet utility to add, manage, and view records of Prep Items to gauge the production of food at one or more specified sites.

Par Level Sheet Form Overview

1	Add Par Level Sheet	Create a new Par Level Sheet
2	Par Level Sheet Search	Look for a specific Par Level Sheet based on keywords
3	Par Level Sheet Table	Lists the Par Level Sheets. Sort sheets by name in Ascending/Descending order.
4	3-dot menu	From the dropdown, select an action to perform on the Par Level Sheet: Change - Edit the Par Level Sheet. Delete - Delete the Par Level Sheet.

To add a new Par Level Sheet:

From the upper-right of the Par Level Sheet screen, select Add Par Level Sheet.
In the General section Par Sheet Name field, enter a name, add a Par Item, and add a Store to the Par Sheet.
From the upper-right of the Par Level Sheet Setup screen, select Save.

To add a Par Item to a Par Level Sheet:

From the lower-left of the Par Level Sheet Setup screen, select Add Item to add an item to the Par Sheet.
In the General section, detail the following:
- Par Item Name - Enter the name of the Par Item.
- Active - Toggle if the item is Active or not.
- Translation - Enter the translated name of the Par Item in the desired language.
In the Par Item section, detail the following:
- Item Type - Toggle to denote the item as a Menu or Inventory item.
- Item - From the dropdown, select a Item from the list.
- Par Level Unit - From the dropdown, select the unit of measurement.
- # Items Pre Order - Enter the numeric count of items to Pre Order.
- Item Hold Time, Min - Enter the Hold time, in minutes.
- Minimum Build To - The minimum build count of the item.
- Unit Rounding - Enter the desired decimal unit to round up/down to.
In the Applicable Stations section, select or search for the stations intended to utilize the Par Level Sheet.
From the lower-right of the Add Item window, select Save.

To add a Store to a Par Level Sheet:

From the left side of the Par Level Sheet Setup, select Stores.
From the Applicable to Following Stores, select the desired sites that will utilize this Par Level Sheet — OR — enter the Store # or Store Name into the Store Search field.
From the upper-right of the Par Level Sheet Setup screen, select Save.

To manage a Par Level Sheet:

From the Par Level Sheet Table, locate the sheet.
- To quickly locate an sheet, type the sheet item name in the Search field.
Select the sheet to open the editor - OR- From the dropdown on right-side of the sheet, select Change.
From the upper-right, select Save.

To delete a Par Level Sheet:

From the dropdown on right-side of the sheet in the Par Level Sheet Table, select Delete.
From the lower-right of the Delete Par Level Sheet window, select Yes.
