Data Management operates as the central configuration management component of our product suite. Use Data Management to manage the administration of all other components such as POS, Kitchen, Reports, and Back Office.
Data Management documentation contains configuration procedures for most product areas including:
Menu configuration for products, prices, discounts, and modifiers
Devices such as terminals, printers, payment devices
Terminal behaviors and schemes
Kitchen screens and schemes
Reporting options
Job settings and codes
Inventory locations
Find the configurations for managing access to Data Management in the Portal. Once granted permission, users must log into the Portal then select an established company—an established company has at least one site—in order to add/edit products, menus, modifiers, bundles, variations, tax rates, etc.
